Delivery information :
Your package will be sent to the address specified in your Bricklink profile. (if you have no other request)
The buyer pays the shipping costs.
In the case of PayPal payment, we charge a +6% fee on the total amount of the order.
Reaching the minimum purchase limit of €10 is mandatory. (without exception)
The buyer must pay for the order within 5 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. (for open orders, of course, this is subject to discussion)

Storage of parts
Our office where we are storing parts is climated, pet and child free. We are limited the natural light and block direct sunlight to protect parts from discoloration. We are storing new and used parts separately to avoid any mixing. For professional storing we use different sizes of sortimenter. All are labeled (with name and item number) to avoid unnecessary movements, shakes, possible damages.
Order processing
We start to process (collecting and packing) after your payment has been received. We have clear rules for collecting and packing. We collect all ordered items individually to avoid mixing. We count ordered items two times. First time at collecting, second time at packing. This two steps process ensures that orders are as accurate as possible.
Packing and Lots
Each order is handled with care! All lots with 5 and more items will be packed in separated plastic bags. We create individual bags for all lots to reduce plastic waste and our environmental footprint. Everything comes nicely organized in a well-fitting box or bubble envelope. We always use bubble wrap in paper box to prevent damages during shipping
Mistakes
Unfortunately, as we are humans, even this procedure might leave some space for mistakes. If there is a problem with your order please contact us by sending a Bricklink message or email. We value your business and will always correct our mistakes. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Missing items in our inventory: If this happens, we will inform you before shipping. If you do not reply until shipping occurs, we will send your order without missing items and we will offer you a generous voucher towards future purchases in our store.
Missing items in received order: If items are missing, we always open any kind of agreement.
Also please note that sometimes customs or other authorities might open packages and parts go easily missing this way, too.
SHIPPING METHODS/ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Please note that customers listed in the USA, Canada, Austral have door-to-door tracking of shipping costs listed. They arrive relatively fast in 10-15 business days. We will send it by express mail.
Basically, we charge these delivery costs, so the arrival and tracking of packages from house to house is 100% guaranteed !!!
Due to the Russian-Ukrainian war, the transport routes have changed, the forwarding companies have fallen out, so the delivery time outside Europe may increase!
According to our general terms and conditions of purchase, we accept complaints for 30 days for all orders sent to us, both due to possible errors or undelivered packages!
Each package preparation is videotaped and stored for 30 days.
